I would not advise any Indian to buy any car from Volkswagen. this is one company that carries with it an air of rudeness typical of some Germans. Unlike other German car cos like Benz and Audi, this one is a dampener. They are cheats, with high attitude regarding servicing and repairs. They charge a lot for the car maintenance, and its not worth it. The customer care is very adamant with so called "company standards and policies" and not at all customer friendly.
Not happy with my car because of this company.
