Hi, We recently bought the Jetta comfortline with mixed review from the market, but once we bought the car we realized how good the product is. The drive is simply amazing, in our family we had used all the honda cars from 1998 and were used to it, but a drive in Jetta changed everything.
The kind of stability and the drive the car gives on Pune Mumbai Expressway and the ease of driving in mumbai is far too good as compared to any other car around 17 lacs. Laura is a cheap imitation of Jetta and does not have that kind of drive is what we realized before buying.
We would suggest rather than going through various reviews which is nothing but tom tommed by jealous competition, drive a volkswagen to feel how different it is from convention cars. if one wants to feel the drive and thrust of driving a fast car within a budget its the volkswagen. I call mine as fastwagen!
