I own a vw vento, last time when I took my car for service they took my radios antenna and replaced it with a borken one. also they said they replaced a few covers under the front bumber because they broke when it was in an accident. they said they changed the bumber and support covers under the car. when I came home and accidentally saw them while cleaning, the broken parts were glued and screwed together. when I went with the bill and asked them they had nothing to say, later they agreed that they will replace the parts for free on my next servicing. these guys are the worst/.
