I am a theatre artist and do lots o running, practice sessions and hard work so I am prone to muscular pain and swelling in my legs specially in the in the ankles so I started using volini to deal with the pain and swelling . It provides relief if used with hot water pack but it will not give you long term relief . It will give you relief for some time and then again the pain will pop up . It is good for small aches and pain but not recommended for long use.
It is effective only for small time and its not that much costly, so you can use it for small aches and pain.
