Volini comes in spray and gel form.If we take volini spray it have great effetiveness but importent in case when you have pain in the area where your hand dont reach, so its very usefull in that case.
conetent diclofenac is a very good pain reliever.
same quality have the volini gel but gel have some how low cost as compare to the volini spray.
cost is equal but good for a quality product.
ranbaxy marketed this product, this company have good reputation in india.
so I would say use volini pain reliever whenever you got a pain.
