I am very old customer of vodafone. Today at morning i talk to customer service center. Surprisingly they have not response properly. The matter is something like deduction of money from my balance. The higher authority has threatened me that i will cut of your out going if call us again very sad and harm for the reputation for company.
I openly challenged to talk me by reply but no answer from company. It is happen third time with me .
Before month i have already talk to helpline and taken advice and giving information to not to deduct money from my balance .over and above they did it and now saying that i should inform them before 24 hr. Very foolish thing is that now at present i am having almost two same scheme thing running.
Anybody who can help and send my voice to higher authority of Vodafone, Gujarat. Now tell me they are happy to help or happy to insult.
