Vodafone is the worst service I have come across. It has problem in every city and in all aspects. I have been a user of vodafone since last 5 years and still I am not happy with the service. Earlier I used to stay in kolkata and the network there was pathetic. Now I have come to Bangalore and it is no less here.
This was about the network issue that I am facing. Now comes the service it provides! My husband is a post paid user with monthly bill of 349 plus taxes. It gave me free calls but no roaming free. I called the customer care and told them I wanted to shift from postpaid to prepaid as they are cheaper. So they told me that those plans are temporary and it will soon be over. I agreed and they gave me a plan of 299 with free roaming. They also told me that my internet speed will increase.
But there was no improvement and I went to vodafone store to tackle the issue. At the store they are telling me that my plan is of 499 and I waa shocked! I told them that my plan was changed to 299 and not 499. All they said was that let the bill come and then you complain. So we do not have any other work than to complain and do these stuffs to fight for our own money and waste our time and energy!
Later when I told that my internet is of 4g speed but it does not work even 3g they are like change the sim as we have made some upgradation and they charged me Rs 25 for the same! But even after paying my speed is not improved and I am facing the same problem. This kind of service is really not acceptable.
Vodafone was earlier a good brand but now it has become fake and cheats customers especially if you are a postpaid user. You can not trust anybody with your money and even after paying you cannot be sure that you will be given the service that you are supposed to get! Its better to shift from vodafone to any other service provider!
