I am Using Vodafone as a primary contact number for so many years. Till the introduction of JIO, they provided quality service.
After the JIO launch the network gone very bad in my area. The calls are not connecting in a single try. Even after establishing the call, it gets disconnected. It is so annoying in case of important calls.
I have opted Vodafone because of their good network coverage but they are failing to serve the purpose.
I have many times complained the customer care, they keep on saying Upgrading network issues. I am not too technical to understand their technical issues.
The matter of concern for me is they are continuously failing to serve the customer.
I feel its the time for them to think why customers are attached to their service even if their data plans and call rates are too high compared to other network providers!
