I am using Vodafone Services since 5 years and was satisfied till few months back when the speed of internet has terribly decreased. Even the network does not come in some parts of my city. Even the network is such that when I went to my friend's room, there the network fluctuates. Customer call support is ok and for this they charge 50 Paise.
The charges have increased and quality has decreased.
Hope that they will soon solve the problem.
