Looks like Vodafone has hired many illiterate people. Many of them don’t even know how to pronounce, don’t know how to talk. Very frustrating customer service. Purchased a new connection, it can't be activated just because of illiterate people hired by Vodafone.
Seems they don’t know how to read properly, so they are unable to process the request.
