I have been using Vodafone postpaid subscription on 9820043266 since the past 15months.I am using a corporate plan in which I have by my choice opted for Rs 99 Vodafone Live where I enjoy Free browsing.
In My Bill Dated 25th April I was in for a rude shock where I found Rs 6127/- charged for Vodafone mobile connect(though I have not opted for the service).
According to the Cheats(vodafone) it was a default service bestowed upon me by Vodafone.My argue with them is on whose permission was this default service activated.I use "My Vodafone" and had never ever
seen any such default service active.
Having used the cheat's services(vodafone) they say because there was usage on www sites we have charged you accurately.I argued with these cheaters on customer care who are happy to help and at Vodafone store at JB Nagar Andheri east they are just not willing to accept that it has been a billing error.
I also showed them the APN settings on my Phone(portalnmms) which is used to access Vodafone Live and tried to convince them that I have been wrongly charged for browsing because according to you if im using portalnmms APN I should not be charged for browsing.
How come in my browsing history of 15months on cheats' network this was the first occasion I was charged for using www sites inspite of having the right settings on my handset is big shock for me.
Now these shameless cheaters who are always happy to help have come up with new idea to pay their taxes to the government, by cheating the customers for no fault of theirs and always being happy to help(cheat) by wrongly charging free services under the pretext of default services.
