I have been using this since 2010. During the initial days the service has been good and the amount was charged as per the norms and the plan I have chosen. Then, as informed by the customer service executive, with his explanation I thought the plan which he told was better than the one which I was using at that time. Then from the very next bi, they charge you heavily and despite of giving numerous complaints, we will not get any positive reply from them. Getting in touch with the customer service exective is a tough task. The bill shows some hidden expenses. The operator charges heavily for late payments. Network availability sometimes dissappears. Forget about getting network in rural areas. I am so confident people who use this operator sim will also have another sim with different network. Thanks to government of india for initiating Mobile portability. Despite complaining, we will keep on receivibg some stupid marketing calls. Better avoid this one and go ahead with different operators available in the market.
