Hutch and its erroneous billing

Hmmm, seems like I'v got lots of comapny trying to get back at Hutch. I have been using Hutch postpaid services for almost 3 years now... and till date I have some issue or the other.

My latest CONCERN...?!

Well Hutch has recently introduced a policy - they have stopped sending detailed bills to the customer in hard copy and soft copy... and this move is since Jan 2007. Incidentally thats when I have been noticing magic numbers in my bills!

They have been charging me for international messages in my bills... for local numbers! What is more a cause of concern is the timing when they withdrew the detailed bill option as well... seems like they might be having a scam out there...

Month of January - charged about Rs.100 towards international messages

month of Feb - about Rs.300

month of March - about Rs.145

month of April - about Rs.35 (well seems like they have a portion of local messages only charged at international rates.)

Every time I try to call the customer care, they are least bothered in responding... or solving the issue. Infact on the contrary they claim to have knowledge about the flaw in the billing for more than 8-10 months now.Well they have a seperate billing section, now why am I supposed to be checking the bills for problems??? I call the customer care... and all they can tell is that they are still in the process of fixing it, seems like they need an eternity to fix the issue...

Meanwhile people who have post paid connection... make sure you take a better look at the bill next time before making any payment... and my humble advice... do not make the payment until the bill is rectified.
