Hey people. I am Back. or they made me to come back. Once again. Can you beleive. This is absolutely pathetic. This time wat happened?
As I have shared earlier. I had two numbers from Vodafone. Both the numbers are activated under one India plan. ie. One rupee for any STD calls. Few months back, for my 2nd line, they had charged me rentel for this package as well as usual STD charges.I asked for a clarification.
None of them got back. I waited and I stopped using my 2nd number. After two months, They had sent me a message saying that if I dont pay the bill for my 2nd number, My 1st number will also get disconnected.
I called up the customer care. As usual they put me on hold for more than 20 mins and gave a lathargic answer that the billing was incorrect.
They also told me that they will still disconnect my line if I dont make the payment within 24 Hours. I said I am RECORDING this call. Then he said, he will get back. He havent got back yet. the guy who spoke to me is supposed to be a team leader or manager.
This is the kind of HAPPY TO HELP service they give.
