It is one of the biggest brands but it is too costly. I am having a Vodafone number. As I recharge the money gets deducted very fast.
Call rates are very high. And hence it is not affordable for every customer. That is why many people are porting it into other mobile operators. Even special offers are costly and very less. The only benefit is that it's network is comparatively good.
