I have been a faithful Vodafone postpaid subscriber for many years. However, Vodafone have disconnected my service based on nonpayment of my bill for March.
The reason for this was because they did not send me the March bill, which is why this is still unpaid. If Vodafone does not deliver me a copy of the bill, how do they expect me to pay it? It’s very unfair of Vodafone to disconnect my phone because of a service lapse on their part !
Vodafone service stinks!
