On 19th july I got vodafon 16rupee pack internet pack activated.
After I got sms that my pack is activated I used net but after some time it stopped working and when I checked my balance of 328 rupee was nil. So I did a complaint to the customer care.
The customer care officer checked and agreed that yes it was some technical problem from vodafon. I got a assurance that money will be given back to me in 2 days.
Next day I got sms that due to some problem my complaint was not processed. so I again called customer care and this time customer care(on 24th july) person forwarded the call to this superior officer. after the discussion he too agreed to refund the amount.
