Once upon a time there was a king called Vodafone from Mobile operator. I switched to Vodafone 1 year ago (want prepaid connection forcefully given postpaid connection showing benefits and after 3 months that benefits are not applied).
Initially network was so good, after a period of time I am facing lots of issues regarding Network and 3G internet.
Calling Vodafone customer care service from last two months for network issues in my residential area but there is not a single positive reply from them.
Now a days anywhere network is so worst, call missed due to unavailability, call drop etc. 3G internet is working worst den 2g connection and rates of everything is so high.
No value for money, wastage of money.
We have 5 members in house using Vodafone. Now we will switch to another network.
