I was deducted Rs.75 on account of Super Model pack which got activated automatically. I deactivated it immediately. After 2 days when I called Customer Care 199, the guy said refund cannot be given& disconnected the call on his own. Every time I write to Vodafone Care they generate an automated reply "your ph no is not mentioned" even if mention it. Its time to let go off Vodafone.
Edit: I'm writing the second part of this review after a month.
After 3 weeks I got an email from Vodafone saying that I was charged because I registered for Super Model pack(which I'm sure I did not). And the email also said that they are giving me back that Rs.75 as talktime balance based on the goodwill. I checked the balance after 48 hours and found the balance has increased by Rs.75.
Note: It seems like Vodafone has started following my 1st review on MouthShut.;)
