Last year April 2010, I called Vodafone customtakeouter call center and made a compliant - poor network(call terminates in between conversation/ my number not reachable for others), I called multiple times to Vodafone customtakeouter care to get the status and resolution date, but issue was not resolved till Jan 2011. Then finally I decided to port to some other service provider.
I made a request to TRAI and got my UPC. Approached other service provider submitted relevant documents, filled / signed all forms.
I called Vodafone customtakeouter care(before submitting porting request) to clarify the about the outstanding amount and mode of payment. But I was informed that they will deduct the outstanding bill amount from deposit and send the remaining amount by chq. to the billing address.
My new service provider had forwarded that request to Vodafone, but Vodafone has rejected porting request - reason post paid subscriber has outstanding amount due;(SMS received by 11 Mar 2011)
But I had made a deposit of 2500 with Vodafone in the year 2009, while taking connection. In spite of that Vodafone has rejected my porting request.
As a customtakeouter, I need explanation responsible person from Vodafone why my case has been handled like this, is this fare treatment.

Vodafone is harassing like this . I have to visit the service provider again, explain/clarify the reason for rejection and resubmit some documents.
TRAI please help me resolve this issue at the earliest without any further delay.
