The Orange - supposed to be pioneers in Bombay in setting up mobile network since its inception have the worst network around.
The Customer Service cell takes pride in claiming their network is in efficient in Railways, and also in high rise apartments.
Even after 10 years of existance in proper Bombay, they are not in a position to control the continuously fluctuating signal in high rise apartments. It appears abroad people who use their network live in huts and that is what their netrwork is capable of achieving, ground level.
So folks take care before you spill your money into Voda network. They will work when you are on roads walking and can have easy access to Local MTNL at a cheaper rate.
Oh, please the network will not follow you every where you go, like the puppy in the ad neither are the customer service centre people ready to help as claimed by Voda ad. Even the top honchos have no time to listen to you and their secretaries seems to run the company. No wonder Arun Sarin retired, he had no work and was tired of vaccationing.
