From the time I have taken vodafone connection, they are barring my network.
On contacting vodafone customer care, they are saying that I used some vodafone connection 2012, for which dues have not been paid and now they will restart my connection only when I pay that amount in 2015.
First: I paid all the dues
Second: Even if I did not, what the hell were they doing from past 2 years
Third: I have been using vodafone from 2010.
They could have contacted me any time, they had my record then why now.
No message, no call, directly my network was barred .
I had to take my neighbours cell to call the customer care and then I was told at 11:00 PM at night to go to a store and get the payment done and they cannot do anything for getting network back on my cell.
This is the worst experience that I had with any network.
