My outgoing is barred since 1st July 2012, as per the reason given by you guys that there is an outstanding balance for internet usage, however that was free for the first four months with LUMIA. I called your customer care to stop the the internet services on 6th June 2012 ( CCE : AMIT ) attended the call, he instead of stopping the services informed me that the services are free till 24th June 2012, but I still confirmed that from Mr. Amit, he assured me that I can use the free internet(2GB) service for sure till 24th June 2012.
Then my outgoing service got barred on 1st July, then I visited your Okhla Vodafone Store(South Delhi). They assured me that services would be re-activated within 24/48 hrs & the outstanding that is dispute would be waived off, but nothing has happened till, Never seen such a pathetic customer service. Please get this checked & reply at the earliest, I also sent the mail regarding the same to the : sushma.nodal@vodafone.com but I think she is too busy to reply to customers concern.
Waiting for your positive reply at the earliest.the worst part is no one even bother to reply, not even on email or any call back. pathetic service. if not rectified at the earliest be ready as to face further on consumer firm. Roshan Poddar (9711411667).
