I am using vodafone from past one year I have ported my reliance sim to vodafone because I have changed my place and there is no reliance network available.
In vodafone offers net packs all are fine but I am not at all satified with the customer support you have.
Once u wanted to recharge my mobile with net pack so I called customer care and they told me to recharge for 25 and you will get 100 mb 3g . so that I have recharged my mobile with 25rs but I didnt got 100mb instead of that my std call rates are become 30p per second which is before less . after I called back vodafone customer care they wont give proper response. I have forced to get my amount back they wont take my request at all. They dont even take my complaint also.
Vodafone care people will give false information so be aware of that
