I have been with Hutch for a year and a half and frankly was very happy with their service and network until it was Hutch. When Vodafone took over, I had expectations of better service from them.However, they have HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED me!
They are just not ready to keep a tab on my credit limit inspite of numerous calls. The front line staff is trained at such shoddy levels.that its disgusting.and no one at the store level is interested to listen to ur complaints!
The e-mail id provided on the so called "Vodafone website" is of no use.bcoz it DOES NOT WORK!
Inspite of subscribing to the "DO NOT CALL" on their website, u get innumerable messages and calls from Vodafone abt their stupid offers or to know when you will make the payment.come on LEAVE US ALONE and stop bothering us for this.
If u want to make ur bill payment - One way is thru IVR and another thru Website(If u dont want to go to the store).never try any of the above.the IVR does not work and wesite also works once in a while. And still they charge u late pmt fees.
Sometimes I think that IDEA was giving me a better service than these guys and will shift soon from their shoddy service.
The only good thing abt Vodafone is its DOG!
