Vodafone is a very old mobile service provider and is well established in india. It is famous from UK and psrts nearby.
I had heard from few friends that vodafone was nice and provided good service, so I signed up for a vodafone number. I opted for prepaid over postpaid because I feel prepaid accounts are easier and better to manage.
I used that number for around three to four years. In the beginning I was just using it for calls and it worked fine, but after a while I started facing soke connection problems and would loose signal in many areas in bangalore. In many areas it wouldnt catch at all and call drops became frequent.
They provided a variety of offers in sms and internet packs but they were very over prived in my opinion. Only vodafone to vodafone packs were well worth it, rest all were not that good.
Their internet service was extremely poor and horribly slow. It was a pain to load any page and you could barely make google searches.
Overall it was a very dis-satisfactory and disappointing experience. Would not recommend it.
