I have experienced many mobile networks but frankly speaking I fpund Vodafone not the perfect but the best among them.
Talking about its 'Network Coverage', I personally hardly have found any place where one can feel the bad coverage of its network.I am a fond of trekking and in tbe tough hilly twrrains also, I have experienced its satisfactory network coverage.
In terms of 'Customer Service', I will not quote it the best but I will recommend it as satisfacypry coz they really hear ypur problems, give quick responses, and value our openions also.
In terms of 'Charges and Billings', it is just like other companies.You can find some plans too expensive. But some plans are really attractive and also the increasing competiyion is driving tje companies to comw wiyh the new attractive plans.So, I am seeing a bright future for customers.
As I have already mentioned above, the reasons why I like Vodafone is - first, its network coverage and second is its customer service.
