Real funny conversation going on between me and Vodafone Delhi Nodal office along with Delhi Appellate office since 25th June.
There is no one as nodal officer or appellate officer to read your mail and instead multiple call centres are running on their names. In these call centres nobody has time to read customer's issue and write a mail on the basis of that. All are using some software to catch key words in customer's mail and reply by copy pasting a script. Even they don't know meaning of "Good bye Vodafone":):):)
