Vodafone Services a very poor & shameful , they billing you wrongly & when you complaints to them there is no any favorable reply from their end.


We have a postpaid Vodafone connection from last six months & as from beginning when we brought the Vodafone connection there is always happenings some unusually with my billings. At very first Vodafone added Vodafone connect charges , miscall alerts, & as for those services he charged with my billing but we didn’t activate these services any time or by self.


As we never sends any request to activate above mentioned facilities and we never used any time after that we pay for a long time. Now when we wants to de-activates them our vodacare keeps pending from a long time but the charges makes should be continue. Now we share a very new happening that on a very first day (04th day/date of every month) my billing cycle starts we noticed that my unbilled usage shows RS. 34:09 PAISE or because a very first day of my billing cycle so we remember that on today from 00:00 hrs (midnight) to 13:50 hrs at noon we made only three local calls & how my online billing current unbilled usage shows the amount of rs.34.09 paisa.


It means about rs.11.30 paisa charged per local call, its strange & can’t believable so without any wasting of my time we make coordinate with Vodafone costumer care executive at 13:50 Hrs. on the same day with our recorded line or the conversation in between us please have a look.

Me : sir, I have a postpaid connection & as because my billing amount reaches near to my credit limit n that’s why we think to submit my voda bill on a very first day of my billing cycle via online.


Voda : ya.


Me : but sir , when we log in my voda id to pay my online billing we found that your company charged Rs. 34.09 for my 03 little local calls.


Voda : just wait we check it.


Me : ok,


Voda : just wait we check it.


Me : ok,


Voda : sorry sir, we unable to get any status that time so please wait till tomorrow our executive make coordinate with you in within 24 hrs.


Me : right sir,


Voda : thanks to call us , have a very nice day.


So at last there is something wrong or by mistake we’ll giving you my favorable reply in within 24 hrs, and in Vodafone dictionary 24 hrs when comes we didn’t know. But after waiting my two or three days we again make a call to him, n at that time …. Please have a look.


Me : sir, my complaint no. is so and so & we are facing that kind of problem (mentioned above) & till today there is no any solution.


Voda : ok. I’ll check it please wait.


Me : right sir.


Voda : that amount should be adjustable with your new generating bill if there is any extra charges added .


Me : sir, sir, what do you mean by if , there is clearly mentioned on my online unbilled usage column. Why you didn’t do the correction.


Voda : sir, every thing is in system and it should be done in within two to three working days.


Me : ok, sir, we wait and the matter is not for the amount of rs 30 approx. but the subject is by chance we found that ……..


Voda : sir we understand.


Me : that’s why we want with if there is no any solution from your end as soon.


Voda : ok sir , thanks to call us & have a very nice day.


At last there is no any favorable reply till on 09th of June 2011 a very co comfortable mistake we find again from the voda billing ends , on 09th of june 2011 we log in my Vodafone online & today I found that we make my calls of RS. 24.50 paise amount I know as because we added on my copy paid as per call cost just only to check it, now at that time again we found that voda charged Rs.56.49paise it means the difference of rs. 31.99 paisa. At that time my temper is going on high n the same we doing conversations with my recording lines but the replies are same or only wasting the time. But there is no any solution till today.


Or In Summary is that


We have recordings , doing so many e-mails to all related with voda, telephonic with seniors as well as in compliance also. But no any positive result in favour of me till today , they almost billing you wrongly & then their employees didn’t give any response or behave rudely with us. That is really very shameful to us .You think that if vodafone doing their wrong billings at the rate of Rs 50/= per client per month think how much in all over.. & WE SURE THAT 90% OF VODA CLIENTS DOES NOT AWARE WITH EVEN ME ALSO NOT AWARE BEFORE THE DATE OF 04TH OF JUNE.


I THINK TO DISCONNECT MY VODA SERVICE AFTER MAKING THE PAYMENT OF MY THIS MONTH OF BILLINGS.


PLEASE AWARE WITH VODA SERVICES ALL OF MY MSIAN FRIENDS
