I am forced to put my experience on a public website regarding my experience with Vodafone for these many years of association. I am with Vodafone & hutch since 9 years where in I had post paid prior to this and converted to prepaid later. When MNP came into existence I thought to look out for other service providers since signal is very poor in my home town Nalgonda. But I took back my decision as they gave some excellent tariff to stay back, 1p/2sec.
I thought its saving my money in spite of signal issues in my home town, all of a sudden they removed the offer and telling me to pay for it. I only told them that I being a very old customer of Vodafone and I have request for small offer 1p/2sec for which they denied and asking to me pay for it. New customer will get this offer, anybody would opt for MNP, and existing customer who is so sincere with you has no value.
So I thought to cancel my accounts with Vodafone and shift to other service providers.
