I am a Huch/Vodafone user for more tahn 3 years as prepaid customer and so far I haven't any complaint. On 28/3/09 at 6.28pm, the following message has come to my mobile"VA-Rental..
Please maintain sufficient balance to continue enjoying 20 p loacal call benifit. This service will be deactivated if rent is not paid for 3 days." As I could not understand I went the Vedafone office at Kakinada and my utter surprise.
I learnt that Rs.1/- per day has been deducted(charged) to my mobile account for more than one year as one number is under activation in this sheme -Ghouseuddin. I have never subscribed for any such schme. In this connection I may also mention that on many occasions when the balance is not sufficient my out ward calls used to be not connected with a message- no sufficient balance-please recharge.
If so how the so called charges are levied and that too since a long time. This is an unauthorised leveing of charges and I request that the same may be reimbursed. I shall also be happy if the company provides details of calls made by me.
