Vodafone services sucks. They have changed a lot and just trying to get money out of customers by generating false and inflated bills. 90% of people don't check their bills so guys it's better to check the bills throughly before making the payment. Also customer care would not be able to help if they have to refund the false charges, they would want all kinds of written letters with signature. If issues in Vodafone's favour then everything is possible on phone or mail:)
These guys have even become worse than Relaince or Tata. Atleast you are not making much for other service. In Vodafone even after paying 1.5x more, there is no professionalism.
All the policies and conditions are now in Vodafone's favour and if they are still in your favour, they would change them over night and would say that it got changed recently and customer should always check if the scheme is already there:)
