I had taken a connection in chennai for 2 months and after I got transfer from chennai to hyderabad, I have requested the company to close my transaction with immidiate effect and asked them for closure of account. Even after one month the company is not able to responde on the simple issue of account closure.
Everytime I call to coustmer care, the say to call on chennai custmer care 9884098840 and everytime I call they tell that it is prepaid coustmer care not postpaid.
They are not able to transfer their call internally also. I think they delibrately don't want to disconnect and want to enjoy the hard earned money of the coustmer without providing any services. After this instance I think the company should change thier slogon."HAPPY to HARESSYOU".I have tanken a stand of not payaing any due after my first intimation to the company.
