I purchased the prepaid Vodafone connection and submitted the documents at Vodafone Rohini sector 3 store on 8 Sept 2012 after waiting for one hour in long rush.
After 3 days I started getting that you have not submitted the documents. Your CLIP will be barred after 24 hours. I called customer care, as expected they gave service request number and told no service will be barred. Still my CLIP was barred next day. I got SMS saying outgoing will be barred in next 48 hours.
Then next day I called nodal office, they gave another service request number and told resolution in next 24 hours. No follow up from their side and no resolution given. On the evening I visited Vodafone store sector 3 Rohini. After taking token and waiting for my turn for one hour, they told me they have sent my documents on that day itself. Let us check if there is some rejection. Then after few minutes, they found that it is pending in back end. They gave new request number and told to wait for 24 hours.
Nothing happened as expected and now my outgoing is barred. Now my all recharges done are wasted.
Conclusion: -
If you dont need to go to customer care, you will be happy man. As soon as you need customer care help, you are gone. They dont bother about you if you are in trouble to follow up.
