Customer for 12 years, tired of fraud billing

Having been a customer of Vodafone for more than a decade, was surprised when over the past few months, my bill amount started creeping upwards. On examination, noted that my internet plan has been changed without my knowledge and I am being charged for usage which never occurred. Thanks to MNP am happy to change out, have had more than a few billing issues which are never resolved. I would warn all customers to either look at their bills carefully esp. if you use their 2G or 3G connections. Just as an example, I, on one day, have been charged for downloading 2 MB every minute for a few hours.


I wonder which Vodafone 2g connection is fast enough to actually download 2MB in a minute, and then do the same every minute for hours.
