I have been using the Vodafone number from last few months and not at all happy with the service. Below are the few reason due to which I am not happy the the service provider:Tariffs are costly when you compare with other service provider.


I took up the plan TALK 299, where in you get 12000 Seconds free which can be consumed either in Local or STD. earlier I thought this is the best deal I have found as I misinterpreted the seconds to MINUTES. Well that is all my mistake. Still I was happy with 12000 seconds thought that if any more cheaper plan will come than I will switch it over to new plan. But I came to shock when I came across a plan of idea which is too giving 12000 seconds + 200 SMS which can be used either for Local or STD. Above all the plan was for 199/- PM

Agent Assistance Cost. 50p / 3 mins


Boss gone are the days of Free customer care, atleast for Vodafone. Now Vodafone is is charging money from you if you need to speak to the Customer care. Which you will definitely do as the service are very Poor. But now you need to pay 50p / 3 mins. We have seen this abroad..


Cannot Receive the bill on your office email id.


The situation compelled me to write this where I was not able to View the bill on My Vodafone, not received the email and not via the post too.. When I called them up they told me that they cannot send to my office address due to security reasons and they will send the email only to the GMAIL or YAHOO or REDIFFMAIL, that's really funny..


Only GMAIL & YAHOO & REDIFFMAIL supported.


I asked the customer care if they can send the bill to my email address in AOL as I have used this email address to receive all other bills...but gain they said ony to GMAIL, YAHOO & REDIFFMAIL..giving stupid reason.. How does it matter if they can send it to other email address...


Very Poor Customer Services.


After going through the customer services for Vodafone...now I can see why in UK people are frustrated with the customer care centres in India. The guy with whom I had the conversation was so much in hurry that he is not ready to listen to me and just giving me reply very which I found it rude.


Company trading with no ethical values.


While buying the number I asked the executive what if I opt for e-Billing will it give me any discount. They said "NO". But I insisted with reasons that I am saving you courier charges, Paper consumed in printing the bill and cost of printer (with ink) in printing the bill. If I am opting for the e-Bill than I should get some discounts but VODAFONE is a firangi chor which do not have any policy like this.


I was told that itemized billing is free for first 6 months there after I need to pay 49 /- pm for the itemized billing.


Whereas in Idea, If you opt for e-billing you will get the itemized billing without paying extra money for this.This company has come to India to simply make money and giving nothing back to the society. I request all you guys to not to go for VODAFONE. But if you are already VODAFONE than please switch to any good India MSP with ethical values.
