Finally, Vodafone agreed to close my connection without charging me for the 'Unused' service they provided. IT took more than 2 months to close this case... Man... never again..


See the communication which had with them.. this is the final chapter, the initial ones are not here..

Hello,


I received a call from Vodafone yesterday stating that you are not able to


find a request in my email which requests for the cancellation of the


connection. Please see the highlighted part in the attachment.


I requested the service personnel to send me an email with the details from


the call, which I didnt receive.


Please note that, the emails I sent to Vodafone for disconnection of


service is based on the suggestions from the Vodafone store to send an


email to Vodafone for disconnection.
