I wanted to activate international roaming for my wife's number as she switched to post paid after my recommendation,
When I called customer care first time they said they need security deposit INR 3000.
Second time they said security deposit INR 10000.
I dont think Vodafone gives proper training to their staff, As their representative know nothing. Both the times it took me 10 minutes to explain them what is international roaming.(They were offering me packs every time I was asking them to activate just the International Roaming Facility!)
Without deposit for international roaming I have been using my number for 2 years now.
I complained all the above on their Facebook Page, Representative called me very next day and informed that International roaming is already active on given number, but its not working. I tried everything suggested by him but still it did not work. He said he will forward this case to his international service provider and now its been 3 days I have not heard anything from them yet. I gave reminder to them again they are were asking me story from beginning!
My whole family has now decided to migrate to a better network.
