Hello my name is MANJEET RATHEE I offered and convinced very hard to go for a postpaid plan from prepaid, promising to me that there will not be any change to the plan offered. But this is the second time when they started adding separate Data plan in my bill. The first time it was sorted after series of calls, but this time, they are adamant and not willing to take any action and I am forced to pay the bill. It is really pissing off, and I seek help.


Vodafone are an absolute nightmare! Long long waiting times to speak to customer services- in excess of 40 minutes. Additionally no one in the company talks to each other- you will have to chase them endlessly! I wish I had read the reviews before I signed a contract with them .


Vodafone Home broadband user. I m a very dissatisfied customer and can assure Vodafone they have lost me as a customer for GOOD once my contact runs out. I believe I was mislead with the false advertisement and after a month of them'investigating' they have said there is nothing wrong with the line and you are within the 12 Mbps and 27 Mbps threshold, we not doing anything. Basically I'm stuck on a 18 month contract with getting up to 18-19 Mbps speed. I used to be with But and was getting at least 25 Mbps hence the only thing I can think of is, Vodafone's equipment is rubbish. And I was told, if you not happy you can leave. and oh! you will have to pay early termination fee. Disgusting to say the least. my advise DO NOT USE VODAFONE home broadband. they are new to this and appears they are not well equipped to dealing with home broadband customers. Would have given them ZERO stars if I could. Please, for the sake of your own sanity, don't do business with them.


Don't know where to start really. Like many others, can't get access to the website, even though checking if the domain is down shows it isn't. Have never been able to access their'live chat' support on the rare occasions I have been able to access the site. Put on hold when using phone support.but it goes dead after waiting ages. Yet miraculously, get through much quicker when I choose the'upgrade' option. Don't respond to e-mails. Recent security breach. I could go on but alas, I don't think they give a toss.
