I am sure I don't need to write my story of trying to reach hutch support over and over, poor network strength and mishandling of issues.
To make it up to the minimum limit of review, I will add up facts.
The issues I faced were..
They do a mistake in billing every month.
Support is always very busy, they say wait ..wait for 4 minutes and disconnect your call with message ''All out representatives are busy, please call later'' The only support line where I find it happening.
Promise a correction in bill has been done and it fails to appear on paper.
weak network, makes your phone unreachable, you get SMS from hutch that says the count of missed calls, then you SMS hutch to know who tried to reach you.
I can just sum it up in a few lines to save stress on the readers... Hutch sucks, If I didn't had a good number I would have moved over to Airtel by now.
Feel glad that you read this before buying a hutch.
