Once upon a time most of the people like vODAFONE because of its extreme good quality services provided to their customers, I am one of the person. I have used so many years Vodafone connection and few days back I have ported to another because of its high costs and very less offers even for years old users of Vodafone less offers also available on Vodafone. We hold the connection in that odd time also because we love its quality of service. But in recent times the call quality of it is not good even for postpaid connections also. We suffer from frequent call drops and poor signals . Once check your adds which shows u are providing very good signals in remote locations also but from few months we are not getting normal range of signals also in prime locations of Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore. we have given repeated complaints to your customer care executives but no use. So we ported from ur network . Almost 9 months back one of my ported to another network till now he didnt received his security deposited amount.
