Hello.... if you really want a trouble then go for VODAFONE, HAPPY TO BE LOOTED, GO FOR VODAFONE......................
1) Availed three post paid connections from VODAFONE, paid Rs 500/- as connection charges, total Rs 1500/-. converted all of them to prepaid but they refuse to repay the amount and they say system is not showing any payment. THIS IS WAHT THEY CALL HEPPY TO HELP / LOOT.
2) Disconnected one of my three connections on 13 MAY and even in fourth month Bill gets generated. This is what they call HAPPY TO HELP / LOOT
3) When approached @ Trimulgherry vodafones store, every month they say next month onwards bill will not be generated and MANAGER (MANOJ) does not have 2 or 3 minutes time to resolve this issue, he forced me to wait for morethan 45 minutes nad after that he told me he does not have tom for 2 or 3 minutes when I asked for, after waiting period of 45 mins. This is what they call HAPPY TO HELP / PUNISH
4) Given request to conversion of connection from post paid to pre paid for another connection ending wiht 0655, they generated bill for another trwo months. This is what they call HAPPY TO HELP / LOOT
5) THEY DO NOT HAVE COMPLAINT BOOK at vodafone stores and if we call and complain they charge 1 rupee for every three minutes. This is what they call HAPPY TO HELP OR LOOT. This is what executives at vodafone store told me.
6) I recharged for one of my prepaid conncetion and asked for a best offer (as a first time user) they suggested me to go for 222/- but you know later I realized that it charged me rupee ONE for 10 seconds and Rupee on for local SMS. This is what they call HAPPY TO HELP / LOOT.
7) above all I must mention why I am primarily changing my numbers from vodafone is - for all of the cponnections my talk time never matched with the billing time and amounts there after. in tow days time without any usage my bill gone upto 900+ from 600+. this is what they call HAPPY TO HELP . LOOT..........
8) IF I go outside Hyderabad, say, Tenali, Mangalagiri, Repalle, Chirala, Bapatla, very difficult to make calls as signals will be very weak................. This is what they call HAPPY TO HELP / Suffer.
