Vodafone is number one in stealing balance, I was using facebook for a while on vodafone internet suddenly stupid ads show up in those ads there was no exit button so I clicked that ads suddenly I got sms stating gana khazana value added pack is activated, I call to customer care 198 its so pathetic it took me 48mins to get connected to customer care, after connecting one lady picked up the call, I told her why my balance got dudcted, she told I have activated some VAS pack by double conformation, iam sure I clicked only once I told her, she told me then how it is activated, why the hell should I know how it got activated that customer care agent is so stupid asking me how it got activated, I told thats not my business its yours so check and give my balance, she told will raise an service request and return my balance, I waited more than 48hrs its been 5 days still my balance has not come its better I get port out from this thief vodafone service, I will not recommend anyone to buy this service they are thiefs
