Pathetic customer service and unimaginably poor data plans. The postpaid plans loot you through your nose.
I am someone who doesn't make phone calls (cuz I really do not like to), make occasional smses and use my 2GB at 299 plan ONLY for gtalk and whatsapp. Can you imagine that they make me pay a bill of 2900/- and 1500/- the past 2 months?
I ask for a detailed breakdown of when they think I used so much data, and they respond with "Sorry, ma'am, we can't tell you that. All we can say is that if it says that you used that much data on the bill, then you DID use that much data. So you have to pay the money. Sorry, ma'am."
Impressive, isn't it? Ha!
