Stop fooling peoples and making money, after 4 years of relationship, you stop my services for only 600 and making me fool to give 9800 credit which is not use to me anymore,
Stop it pls. Its time to move and try something better from your network. STOP PLS,
My name is Gautam and I am in relationship with Vodafone for last 4 and half years but every time I feel that now the Vodafone service going worst every day, customer care have no proper knowledge, when and how activate the customers number,
Today incidents I paid 1007 Rs out of 2007 if my bill and when I called the care they said pay 300 more to activate your services I paid the same and called again now the 3rd time executive said we can’t activate due to 655 RS balance but a minute before one of your employees said pay 300 more now I have to total paid 1307 INR and 600 bal to pay but it’s has been more than a hour my number is deactivated.
As my wish I am going to port it end of the day and not recommend to anyone to use your services further, I am dropping my wife and mother in laws number which are also a Vodafone customers so we all 3 porting the number to another network and don’t want to bother anymore!
