I have been availing of Vodafone Corporate tariff plan for the past 3 years now. Recently, they offered a new plan to my organisation and we employees had to migrate to that plan. As a part of the plan, we were offered a data plan of 100 MB usage free for Rs.99. Since then I have written to them some 4 times asking them to activate the same.
Firstly they activated 50 MB plan for Rs.99. I wrote back to Corporate.Assist@vodafone.com (apparently, they are a back-end team that does not interact with customtakeouters over phone, so you have to depend on e-mails) explaining the mistake and requesting activation of correct plan.
Then, they activated 100 MB plan for Rs.250. I again mailed back telling them that I was eligible for 100MB plan for Rs.99 as per my Corporate tariff plan, and how difficult was it for them to understand such a simple thing? However, it has been 4 working days since my last mail (they promise to respond within 3 working days) and I have got no response.
When I called up Vodafone Care, they told me that I am not eligible for the plan I am asking for. I just wish they would not harass their customtakeouters by not providing a service that they had offered themselves as a part of the overall tariff plan. Its been 10 days now and I am still waiting for activation of the correct data plan, and at the very least, a proper informed response.
