I am using Vodafone operator personally from last 4 years and my family members are also using vodafone operator from a long time and my father using services of vodafone since when is was HUTCH. and we all love the Vodafone Network

in the month of November vodafone introduces an offer of upgrading your SIM from 3G to 4G and if a customer of vodafone is upgraded his/her sim from 3G to 4G then the customer will get 2GB 4G data free for a month. now vodafone introduce a new year offer in postpaid the name of this plan is vodafone RED PLAN 499 which is costing rs. 499 per month and in this the customer will get UNLIMITED LOCAL+STD CALLS FREE and 3GB 4G/3G DATA FREE customer service is very good of vodafone they politely resolve the customers problem and the Application of Vodafone is very good in this you will completely track your account you can recharge, activate services plan change and do much more vodafone application.
And Mpesa is a wonderful application from vodafone from this application user can recharge prepaid numbers, pay postpaid bills, pay electricity bill, send money to near and dears, and much more. I PERSONALLY WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY VODAFONE MPESA ACCOUNT APPLICATION 3 TIMES IN TIME OF NOTEBAN'
So I personally give 4 star to network coverage
4 star to customer service
5 star to charges and billing.
