I was Airtel's customer and moved to Vodafone recently as Airtel's network became worse in Bangalore. Vodafone network looks good but the customer service is pathetic.
Customer's are not allowed to speak to customer care executive to get help. Every time you call customer care, you hear a message that "I am sorry, we are unable to process your request now" and you never get a chance to speak to executive. Vodafone offers differs from customer to customer and not same for all customers at-least in Karnataka. Some customers get more data and some get less data for same recharge amount.
Vodafone should definitely improve it's customer services in-order to retain or attract more customers.
