My data usage for month of Oct 2011 is 1648660 KB which is nearly 1.572 Gb and I am already using the promo of GPRS 2Gb @ 99 and I have still not utilized 500 Mb in Oct Month.
Now If you Analysize the total Data usage Charges calculated as 10p/10kb is against my usage is Rs. 16429.80 and total Discount given is Rs.10, 485.76 that mean that nearly Rs 6000 is added in my billed outstanding with no explanation.
The DATA Discount should have been for 16429.80 but in bill its given only Rs.10, 485.76 as per my usage.
They never reply to my emails and call centre idiots put the call on hold everytime.
Scking Vodafone now tells that I have to pay full amount and any reversal in charges will be given in next billing cycle. that means I have to pay 6871 Rs what kind of nonsense is this?
