Hello....Hello....Hello.....cut. What the F**K?
This is what I keep saying whenever I call someone or receive a call. I and the person on the other side, as well, are never able to hear the voices for the first time. We waste our energy in saying Hello again and again and then the call gets disconnected after some seconds, then you have to call again only then I am able to hear the voice(If I am lucky enough).
I am not able to send the messages on IDEA STD numbers, I was unable to call the reliance STD numbers which was resolved after two months of my getting this bloody connection. The problem does not ends here, I went to the Vodafone store to get my online vodafone ID and password, the guy who "SEEMS TO' be Happy to Help. asked me my number and told me that the ID and password will be sent to me via message and its been more than one week I am still waiting for the message like a fool. This is the worst Customer Care I have ever seen.
When you call that stupid 111 customer care, they say it is not the post-paid customer care, call on some othe number and when I call there, they say this is not post-paid number. I am so enlightened by this service that I have stopped calling them.
